The Power System Services AirConveyor is manufactured from closed tubular trough sections, this makes it simple to assemble to any desired length.

The AirConveyor is an 'air-cushioned' conveyor where the materials are carried on a film of air blown into the tubular trough sections by a small fan, sufficient to operate several hundred metres of belt conveyor.

Support rollers are not required - there are only return idler rollers and the head and tail rolls. Fewer moving parts means less wear and less maintenance.

Due to even support of the belt by a film of air the material remains motionless, unlike conventional conveyors where materials move in a wave pattern causing spillage and dust.
