Power System Services can provide a range of basket designs
for vertical shaft or horizontal shaft airheaters, either
using our design, or in accordance with your own specific
requirements.
The Standard Design is:
Full depth wrapper on 3 sides
Wrapper plates from 2mm to 6mm thick.
Top and bottom lifting bars.
Lifting
from bars or lifting pins.
End
frame ensures good element packing.
Materials: Carbon Steel. Corten or Equivalent.
Correct basket sizes are required to
permit easy insertion and removal. It is also important
to minimise leakage between basket and division plates/radial
walls.
Standard Features:
Site survey to measure rotor sector openings. Establish correct dimensions.
Standard manufacturing tolerances: +0 -3mm overall plan.
+3 -3mm on depth.
Plan dimensions selected on nominal 3 to 5mm of tightest
fit.
